Designed for CFOs and other senior finance leaders this program provides support throughout a twelve month period, enabling the leader to identify beliefs and behaviours which are holding their progress back, opportunities to shift their stories about themselves and others so that they can create new possibilities, and make progress on their goals. The coach partners with the leader to challenge assumptions and promote new thinking, acts as a sounding board, a mirror to reflect what they are experiencing of the leader and also an accountability buddy.

  • Development goal setting with leader and their organisational sponsor
  • 14 x 1 hour coaching sessions 
  • Reading lists and development exercises to enhance learning and support transformation during the year
